These data are collected for the internal management of the NC Safery Passport website. They are intended for the identification of the users and certificate him the validation certificate. They are also used to monitor users, employers and employees. No additional processing is applied to the data,except the data owner ask for a change. When the employer account is deleted, the data are anonymized and archived.

In accordance with the article 34 of the low n°78-17 January 6th, 1978 modified and applicable in New Caledonia since 2004, relating to computers, files and liberties, and to the prescription n ° 2018-1125, relating to the General Data Protection Regulations, the AMD (Sustainable Maintenance Association) commits to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of information and particularly to prevent it from being disclosed to unauthorized persons.

The AMD therefore commits to comply with the following obligations and must ensure that its staff respects:

  • To not use the documents or any information for any purpose outside the framework of the good running of the website
